Currently, ApexBNC is serving a handful of users.
Unfortunately, I grew tired of people registering their nicks, asking for a ZNC and then never even returning back or not respecting the rules.
Due to that, ApexBNC will be kept functional, at least, until the end of the year. After that date, the service can be closed at any date without previous warning.
