*** Disregarding any of the below rules may result in a warning, account suspension, or outright deletion and possible loss of all future access to ApexBNC services. Each incident is handled on a case-by-case basis

In order to request an ZNC, you will need to have a registered nickname on PTirc network and join the #ApexBNC channel.
To register a nickname, use the following command: /NickServ register <password> <email@address>
The PTirc network may not be removed or disabled, and the connection must remain in the #ApexBNC channel. To be clear, you are allowed to detach it (/msg *status detach #ApexBNC) so that you don’t see it in your client, but not part it.
We do not accept requests from hosting providers, including VPNs, Virtual Private Servers, Tor, IRCcloud, or other bouncer services. What constitutes a “hosting provider” is at the discretion of ApexBNC staff.
Do not attempt to connect to any banned networks. For a list of banned networks, please refer to the relevant information on our site.
Do not attempt to register multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of someone else.
Users are allowed to connect to an unlimited number of networks. However, you must request for any new networks to be added to your account.
BindHost, Ident, Realname, Quit message, CTCP replies and network details are not to be changed. You can change anything else.
Minimal activity is required for account retention: you must connect within 7 days of your account request being accepted. After that, connect at least once per month to prevent your account from being removed (at admin discretion).
Do not register an account for purely idling or channel stuffing purposes. We do not provide accounts for the purpose of padding channel user counts.
Do not attempt to evade channel or network bans using an ApexBNC account. Harassment or spamming of users, channels, or networks is strictly prohibited.
Respect the decisions of the admin. If you are advised to wait before requesting an account or making changes, you are expected to comply.
Ident replies are tied directly to your ZNC username, which is your nickname on PTirc network. Changes to ident replies are not allowed.
ApexBNC is IPv6-only. Access to IPv4 servers/networks is not possible at this time, so please don’t ask.
Our ZNC service connects via IPv6 ONLY and from the 2a01:4f8:c013:7850::/64 prefix.
If you need to report abusive users, please send us an email with the most possible details (nick, ident, IP address, any logs or screenshots, etc) and we will deal with it as soon as possible.
